Welcome to Cafè Bellissimo, famous for our delicious Italian dishes and our dynamic singing servers. We are pleased that you chose Café Bellissimo for your special occasion, and we are ready to work with you to provide that special touch to make your event a truly memorable occasion.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Rehearsal dinner, birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, holiday parties, bar mitzvahs, wrap parties, Wedding ceremonies on patio and reception accommodated for an added charge. Entertainment (musicians, D.J.’s, magicians, and psychics)

ROOM MINIMUMS

We will gladly block entire outside patio or entire front room for groups greater then 60 or more people. Saturday room fee of $50.00 is required if the entire patio or entire front room is booked. If less then 60 people a large portion of the area will be blocked off for your event.

DECORATIONS

Please consult our catering representative about theme party decorations and personalized menus. Decorations may be brought in and we will be happy to assist in setup. Balloons we have multi-colored balloons that we can supply to your event for a fee $20.00 or if you supply the balloons a charge for helium will be $10.00.

PLACE CARDS

Place cards are required by host when using pre-ordered menu selections. These cards have the guests’ choices of entree where servers can refer for the placement of food without asking your guests The host is responsible for these cards.

DESSERT SPECIAL CONDITIONS

A cake service charge of $0.75 per person will be charged for cakes and desserts privately supplied by patrons. Unless it is in place of the Tiramisu cake included with preset dinner there will be no cake cutting fee added.

BEVERAGE AND BAR

We offer different ways of handling the bar:

Host bar - full bar with all drinks and beverages $1.75 - $8.50 each drink Host wine and beer - carafe wine $17.00 a carafe, beer imported/domestic $3.50 - $4.50 Host beverages - pitchers of soda $9.00 or individual large soda (no refill)Ice tea/coffee(refill) $1.75 each Host champagne toast with your family and friends $13.00 and up per bottle. A corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle will be charged on wine brought in (maximum) of 3 bottles 750.

GUARANTEE

You will be required to advise us of the total (guaranteed) number of guests 48 hours prior to your function. You will also need to notify us of your menu selections at this time. Please try to be as accurate as possible to insure sufficient food. If fewer guests arrive, you will be charged for the guaranteed number.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

Deposits are required in order to reserve space and confirm your event .

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A $200.00 check or cash deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. For final payment we accept cash, cashiers check and company check only for preset pre-booked dinners. If paying with a personal check 90% of your total bill must be received three business days prior to your event.

SURCHARGE AND TAX

18% service charge and 8.25 sales tax will be added to the total bill.

PARKING

Flat fee valet $2.50 per car paid to valet service. Prior arrangements may be made if you choose to host parking for your guest
